| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza a detailní deskripce právní úpravy místního referenda, potažmo ve stručnější formě analýza a popis právní úpravy krajského referenda pro účely komparace rozdílností. Téma místní referendum je zasazené do obecného a historického kontextu za účelem uceleného pojetí pojmu referendum na území České republiky. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol, kdeže poslední z nich je kapitola o místním referendu, a ta je meritem celé práce. | cs |

The topic of a local referendum is placed in a a general and historical context for the purpose of a comprehensive concept approach in the territory of the Czech republic.
