dc.description.abstractTato práce je vytvořena s cílem provedení analýzy stávajících podnikových procesů společnosti Mubea, spol. s r. o. a definování změn těchto procesů souvisejících s implementací nové technologie. Nejprve je zde krátce charakterizován zvolený podnik včetně holdingu, jehož je součástí. Následuje analýza prostředí společnosti. Poté jsou vymezeny podnikové procesy včetně jejich vstupů, výstupů a vazeb. Součástí je rovněž stanovení klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti procesů. Práce obsahuje také logický rámec inovačního projektu, definování přínosů a rizik projektu včetně opatření pro jejich snížení. Část práce je věnována implementaci projektu a sestavení plánů pro ni nezbytných. Součástí je také definování plánovaných hodnot KPI a změn podnikových procesů spojených s ukončením projektu. V závěru se práce zabývá úpravami layoutu a provozních norem organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis was created with the aim to analyze existing business processes of Mubea CO. Ltd. and define changes in these processes related to implementation of a new technology. First, there is a short description of the selected company including the holding of which it is part. An analysis of the company's environment follows this part. Then business processes and their inputs, outputs and linkages are described. There is also included the establishment of key performance indicators processes. Work includes the logical framework of an innovative project along with defining benefits and risks of the project, including measures to reduce them. Part of the work is devoted to the implementation of the project and all the necessary plans for it. It also includes a defining of planned KPI values and changes in business processes associated with the termination of the project. The thesis is concluded by adjustment of layout and operational standards of the company.en
