dc.description.abstractPojednání přibližuje specifický důkazní postup, který je podložen letitou praxí a ukotven právní úpravou, tedy rekonstrukci. Příspěvek pojednává o právní úpravě a samotné kriminalistické metodě rekonstrukce. Nejedná se o popis kriminalistický, ani o podrobný rozbor právní úpravy rekonstrukce. Pojednání má za cíl analyzovat a popsat tuto metodu z pohledu jejího vývoje a samotných počátků aplikace. Článek popisuje i osobnost Bernadra Spilsburyho, soudního lékaře, který se zasloužil o položení základů této kriminalistické metody. Dále se zaměřuje i na současné právní ukotvení a její využití.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis paper describes a specific evidentiary procedure, which is supported by years of practice and followed by legislation, meaning the reconstruction. It discusses the legislative regulations and the criminological method of reconstruction itself. The main aim of this article is to analyze and describe the methodology from its development perspective and beginnings much rather than being a description of legislation and criminalistics. The article also describes the personality of Bernard Spilsbury, the forensic doctor who laid down the foundations of this forensic method. The article also describes the current legislation in the field and its use.en
