| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hospodaření a rozpočtové řízení římskokatolických farností jako specifických neziskových organizací. Teoretická část popisuje charakteristiky neziskového sektoru, principy financování farností a základní účetní pravidla. V praktické části je provedena finanční analýza šesti farností v Plzeňské diecézi (Klatovy, Domažlice, Mrákov, Nýrsko, Plánice a Švihov) za období 2021-2024. Pomocí ukazatelů jako je běžná a okamžitá likvidita, autarkie, zadluženost a aktivita byly hodnoceny schopnosti farností krátkodobě pokrývat své závazky, míra závislosti na dotacích a efektivita využívání majetku. Výsledky ukazují, že většina farností si udržuje finanční stabilitu a nízkou zadluženost. Největší rozdíly byly identifikovány v oblasti soběstačnosti a likvidity, kde některé farnosti vykazovaly extrémní hodnoty v důsledku investičních dotací či výkyvů v příjmech. Práce ukazuje, že i malé církevní organizace mohou hospodařit udržitelně, pokud správně plánují své rozpočty a zachovávají konzervativní přístup k financím. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the management and budget management of Roman Catholic parishes as specific non-profit organizations. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the non-profit sector, the principles of parish financing and basic accounting rules. The practical part performs a financial analysis of six parishes in the Pilsen Diocese (Klatovy, Domažlice, Mrákov, Nýrsko, Plánice and Švihov) for the period 2021-2024. Using indicators such as current and immediate liquidity, autarky, indebtedness and activity, the parishes' ability to cover their obligations in the short term, the degree of dependence on subsidies and the efficiency of asset use were assessed. The results show that most parishes maintain financial stability and low indebtedness. The largest differences were identified in the areas of self-sufficiency and liquidity, where some parishes showed extreme values because of investment subsidies or fluctuations in income. The work shows that even small church organizations can operate sustainably if they plan their budgets correctly and maintain a conservative approach to finances. | en |
