dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu finanční struktury podniků v potravinářském průmyslu. Cílem práce je provést analýzu zadluženosti podniků prostřednictvím dat, které byly získány v databázi Albertina. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje majetkovou a finanční strukturu podniků. Praktická část nejprve charakterizuje potravinářský průmysl a po té analyzuje finanční strukturu podniků. V programu Statistica byly vytvořeny krabicové grafy, vypočítány testová kritéria a p-levely. V MS Excelu byly vytvořeny grafy pro jednotlivé ukazatele zadluženosti v jednotlivých letech. Závěrečná část vyhodnocuje analýzu finanční struktury podniků v potravinářském průmyslu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the financial structure of enterprises in the food industry. The primary object is to analyze the indebtedness through data obtained in the Albertina database. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The practical part describes property and financial structure of enterprises. The analysis divides first characterizes the food industry and then analyzes the financial structure of the enterprises.In the program Statistics were boxplot created, test criteria and p-value were calculated. In MS Excel were charts created for each indicator of indebtedness. The final part evaluaetes the analysis of the financial structure of enterprises in the food industry.en
