| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce je podat komplexní přehled právní úpravy smlouvy o péči o zdraví v České republice. Vzhledem k šíři tématu je nutné dodat, že záměrem nebylo podat vyčerpávající výklad o právní úpravě smlouvy o péči o zdraví. Diplomová práce je rozčleněna na 3 hlavní kapitoly: (1) Smlouva o péči o zdraví v českém právním řádu, (2) Přehled právní úpravy péče o zdraví a (3) Smlouva o péči o zdraví podle NOZ. V této práci lze nalézt jednak přehledné shrnutí jednotlivých institutů smlouvy o péči o zdraví, část řešící vztah občanského zákoníku a jiných právních předpisů týkajících se péče o zdraví a současně zde lze nalézt i podkapitolu věnující se nastínění situace před přijetím nového občanského zákoníku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main objective of this thesis is to give a comprehensive overview of the legal regulation of contract for health care in the Czech Republic. Given the broad scope of this issue it should be added, that the intention was not to give an exhaustive interpretation of the legislation on the contract for health care. The thesis is divided into three main chapters: (1) Contract for health care in the Czech legal order, (2) Summary of legislation of a contract for health care and (3) Contract for health care in the civil code. In this thesis summary of institutes of the contract for health care can be found, as well as the chapter concerning the relationship between the civil code and other legislation relating to health care and a short chapter describing the situation before the adoption of the new civil code. | en |
