| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce řeší problematiku prostituce a pornografie z pohledu trestního práva. Úvodní část práce je zaměřena na definování pojmů prostituce a pornografie. Za pomoci nejen českých, ale i zahraničních odborných publikací je čtenáři nastíněno, jaké přístupy k této problematice mohou být ze strany státu uplatňovány. Cílem práce je především objasnění současné právní úpravy, resp. právní úpravy trestných činů s prostitucí a pornografií souvisejících. Součástí jádra práce je i analýza dosavadních snah o regulaci prostituce a návrh možného řešení, jak by na území České republiky mohlo být k prostituci přistupováno v časech budoucích. Zvláštní část práce je věnována komparaci přístupu k prostituci s vybranými státy, které zaujímají do značné míry odlišný postoj, než je uplatňován v České republice. Závěr je věnován různým formám prevence a institucím, které na našem území v oblasti prostituce působí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Diploma thesis deals with the issue considering prostitution and pornography from the point of view of the criminal law. An introduction focuses on the defining of the concepts such as prostitution and pornography. With the support of the foreign and Czech professional publications is outlined which approaches can be applied from the side of the state. The main goal of the work is especially to clarify the current legislation respectively the legislation of the criminal acts relates to prostitution and pornography. Another component of the work is also the analysis of the actual changes in connection with the regulation of the prostitution and a suggestion of the appropriate solution how the prostitution could be possibly solved or approached in the future.A specific part of the work is dedicated to the comparison of the chosen states' approaches to the prostitution which are significantly different than the attitude in Czech Republic. The conclusion is dedicated to the different forms of prevention and institutions which are specialized in this issue at our territory. | en |
