dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je na základě teoretických poznatků a analýzy podnikového prostředí navrhnout model znalostního managementu přizpůsobený specifickým potřebám vybraného podniku. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu znalostního managementu, jeho strategický význam pro podniky, hlavní nástroje a uznávané modely znalostního managmentu. Teoretická část práce zároveň mapuje přístupy, které podporují efektivní sdílení, uchovávání a využívání znalostí napříč organizační strukturou. Následně je vymezeno prostředí vybraného podniku a popsány současné využívané nástroje ke sdílení a ukládání znalostí. V rámci praktické části byla realizována dotazníková šetření, která slouží k identifikaci úrovně práce se znalostmi, vnímaných bariér a identifikaci možných problémů či úzkých míst jež je v rámci řízení znalostí potřeba optimalizovat. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou navržena konkrétní opatření ke zvýšení efektivity sdílení a využívání znalostí napříč organizací. Výsledkem práce je návrh komplexního modelu znalostního managementu, který podniku umožní lépe spravovat své znalosti, podporovat spolupráci a sjednotit pohled na danou tématiku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this master thesis is to design a knowledge management model tailored to the specific needs of a selected company, based on theoretical insights and an analysis of the corporate environment. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the concept of knowledge management, its strategic importance for companies, key tools, and recognized knowledge management models. It also maps approaches that support effective sharing, retention, and utilization of knowledge across the organizational structure. Subsequently, the environment of the selected company is defined, and the currently used tools for sharing and storing knowledge are described. In the practical part a questionnaire survey is conducted to identify the current level of knowledge management practices, perceived barriers and potential issues or bottlenecks that need to be optimized. Based on the findings, specific measures are proposed to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing and utilization across the organization. The outcome of the thesis is a proposal for a comprehensive knowledge management model that enables the company to manage its knowledge more effectively, support collaboration, and establish a unified perspective on the topic.en
