dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce jsou Změny služebního poměru státních zaměstnanců. Cílem bylo provést komplexní rozbor jednotlivých změn služebního poměru státních zaměstnanců a následně je porovnat se změnami služebního poměru vojáků z povolání a příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů. V práci je nejprve uvedena stručná historie právní úpravy státní služby na našem území, její aktuální právní úprava včetně základních pilířů a vymezení stěžejních pojmů týkajících se státní služby. Součástí práce je i vznik služebního poměru státních zaměstnanců a jeho porovnání se vznikem služebního poměru vojáků z povolání a příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this diploma thesis is Changes in the service relationship of state employees. The aim was to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the changes in the service relationship of state employees and to compare it with the changes in the service relationship of professional soldiers and members of the security corps. The thesis presents history of the development of the civil service legislation in the region, current civil service legislation and defines the basic terms of civil service. Part of the thesis also focuses on the establishment of service relationship of state employees and compares it with the establishment of the service relationship of professional soldiers and members of the security corps.en
