| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou manažerských funkcí, které hrají klíčovou roli v efektivním řízení organizací. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definici, význam a vzájemnou provázanost základních manažerských funkcí - plánování, organizování, vedení a kontrola. Tyto funkce jsou analyzovány z hlediska jejich praktického využití v podnikovém řízení. V praktické části je provedena analýza aplikace manažerských funkcí v konkrétním podniku. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou formulována doporučení pro zlepšení efektivity řízení, zejména v oblasti strategického plánování, komunikace mezi odděleními a zavedení moderních analytických nástrojů. Výsledky práce ukazují, že efektivní využití manažerských funkcí významně přispívá k úspěchu organizace. Správná implementace těchto funkcí pomáhá optimalizovat procesy, zlepšovat výkon zaměstnanců a dosahovat dlouhodobé prosperity podniku. | cs |

The theoretical part focuses on defining, explaining the importance, and analyzing the interconnection of fundamental managerial functionsplanning, organizing, leading, and controlling. These functions are examined in terms of their practical application in business management. The practical part analyzes the implementation of managerial functions in a specific company. Based on the findings, recommendations are formulated to improve management efficiency, particularly in the areas of strategic planning, interdepartmental communication, and the implementation of modern analytical tools. The results of the thesis show that the effective use of managerial functions significantly contributes to an organization's success.
