dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je vkladové řízení do katastru nemovitostí. Tato práce je rozčleněna na úvod, 4 hlavní kapitoly a závěr. První část je slouží k získání základních poznatků k problematice katastru nemovitostí s důrazem na zásady, které ovládají činnost katastru nemovitostí a provádění zápisů do něj. Druhá a třetí část poskytuje důkladnou analýzu současné podoby institutu vkladu a vkladového řízení s ohledem na předchozí právní úpravu. Poslední část je věnována srovnání právní úpravy katastru nemovitostí Anglie a Walesu a České republiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with entryproceedings in the Cadastre of Real Estate. This thesis is composed of introduction, four main chapters and conclusion. The first part is used for the aquisition of basic knowledge on the issue of Cadastre of Real Estate, with emphasis on principals that control the operation of the Cadastre of Real Estate and making entries in it. The second and the third part provides through analysis of the current form of the institute of entry record and entry proceedings with regard to previous legislation. The last part compares legislation of Cadastre of Real Estate of England and Wales with legislation of the Czech Republic.en
