dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vývoje a příčin nezaměstnanosti v okrese Sokolov. Obsah práce je rozdělen do pěti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola popisuje nezaměstnanost jako pojem v ekonomické teorii. Zde je teoreticky zpracován trh práce, nezaměstnanost a státní politika zaměstnanosti. Další kapitoly se jiţ zabývají okresem Sokolov. Je zde rozebrána problematika současného charakteru okresu a struktury obyvatel. Za období 2006 2016 je analyzován vývoj nezaměstnanosti, pracovních míst a struktury obyvatel. Další část popisuje příčiny zvyšující a sniţující nezaměstnanost. Poslední kapitola porovnává vývoj nezaměstnanosti se současným stavem nezaměstnanosti v okrese Sokolov. Závěr práce shrnuje problémy okresu Sokolov a přináší opatření, která by mohla vést ke sníţení nezaměstnanosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the development and causes of unemployment in the Sokolov district. Content of this thesis is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter describes unemployment as the concept in economic theory. This chapter theoretically describes the labour market, unemployment and state employment policy. Further chapters are focused on the Sokolov district itself. They include an analysis of the current state of the district and the structure of its citizens. For the period 2006 2016 contains analyzes of the unemployment development, changes in jobsopenings and the structure of its citizens. Next chapter describes increasing and decreasing causes of unemployment. The last chapter compares evolution of unemployment in the Sokolov district with the current state of unemloyment in Sokolov district. The conclusion summarizes the problems of the Sokolov district and provides measures that could lead to reduction of unemployment.en
