dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá postavením a působností krajů v České republice. Seznamuje čtenáře s krajským zřízením v ČR a dává mu ucelený pohled na tuto problematiku. Jejím cílem je srozumitelnou formou poskytnout čtenáři základní informace o krajích na našem území. Čtenář se dozví, jak kraje vznikli, jaké mají pravomoci a povinnosti, jaké jsou orgány kraje, jaké kraje v České republice jsou a další skutečnosti, které se krajů týkají. Věřím, že tato práce poskytne čtenáři srozumitelnou a výstižnou formou ucelený pohled na postavení a působnost krajů v České republice, což byl její cíl.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work deals with the position and competence of regions in the Czech Republic. It acquaints readers with the regional establishment in the country and gives him a comprehensive view on this issue. The aim of the thesis was to discuss in detail various aspects of the regional system and if it´s possible to provide readers a comprehensive view. The reader learns how the region was formed, what their powers and duties , the bodies of the region as the region in the Czech Republic and other issues that relate to the counties . I believe that this work will provide readers understandable and concise form a comprehensive view of the status and jurisdiction of the regions in the Czech Republic, which was its goal .en
