Abstract
Článek pojednává o kritériích pro stanovení zda a do jaké míry se jednotlivec, např. zaměstnanec, který uveřejnil důvěrné informace získané v rámci pracovněprávního vztahu, může spoléhat na ochranu čl. 10 Úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv.
The article discusses the criteria for determining whether and to what extent an individual, such as an employee, who has published confidential information obtained in the context of an employment relationship may rely on the protection of Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
