| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce ?Akcie, jejich právní povaha a možnost využití v ekonomické praxi? se zabývá fenoménem akcií. Cílem bylo analyzovat jejich právní povahu a popsat možnosti jejich využití v praktickém životě. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři hlavní kapitoly. Nejprve autor charakterizuje akcie z pohledu právního. První dvě kapitoly se zabývají stěžejními pojmy z této oblasti, jako jsou cenné papíry a jejich znaky, práva plynoucí z akcií, znaky akcie, jejich podoba, forma, druhy a náležitosti. To poskytuje teoretický základ pro pochopení pojmu akcie. V následující části obsahující také dvě kapitoly se autor zabývá ekonomickým využitím akcií. Nejprve je rozpracována otázka získávání kapitálu akciovou společností. Zde autor srovnává emise akcií s úvěrem a emise dluhopisů. Poslední část se pak zaměřuje na pozici drobného investora, a to jak v krátkodobém, tak dlouhodobém časového úseku. Srovnány jsou investice do akcií s jinými formami alokace volných peněžních prostředků a ke stanovení doporučení. V závěru práce pak dochází ke shrnutí poznatků z práce a doporučení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis ?Shares, their legal nature and possible use in economic practice? deals with the phenomenon of shares. The purpose of the thesis was to analyze the legal nature of shares at first and to describe their possible use in practical life at the second place. The paper is divided into four main chapters. First of all, the author describes shares from the perspective of law. The first two chapters deal with the main terms of the legal area such as securities and their characteristics, the rights arising from shares, attributes of shares, their appearance, forms, types and requirements. This provides the theoretical basis for understanding of the term. In the following part, which contains also two chapters, the author deals with the economic utilization of shares. The matter of acquisition of capital by joint-stock company is analyzed first. The issue of shares is compared with a bank loan and with a bond issue. In the last part, the thesis focuses on the view of a retail investor in both short and long period of time. Investments in shares are compared with other forms of allocation of available funds. The conclusion contains the summary of findings of the thesis and recommendations. | en |
