dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku šikany na prvním stupni základních škol, konkrétně na její prevenci. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje základní pojmy týkající se tématu, jako je agrese, agresivita, šikana, protagonisté šikany, přibližuje postupy řešení šikany a možnosti prevence. Výzkumná část interpretuje výsledky výzkumného šetření na vybraných školách.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the issue of bullying at the first stage of primary schools, speciffically on its prevention. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the basic concepts related to the topic, such as aggression, bullying, protagonists of bullying, describes the procedures for dealing with bullying and prevention options. The research part interprets the results of the research survey at selected schools.en
