dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce s názvem Poruchy příjmu potravy u adolescentů se týká problematiky poruch příjmu potravy. Zabývá se současnou problematikou poruch příjmu potravy v ČR a vymezením poruch příjmu potravy v období dospívání. Představeny jsou mentální anorexie a mentální bulimie, ale i ostatní nespecifické poruchy příjmu potravy a nově vznikající poruchy příjmu potravy jako je např. ortorexie, bigorexie a drunkorexie. Diplomová práce se věnuje také historii a průběhu těchto onemocnění. Též jsou zmíněny jak vnější tak i vnitřní příčiny vzniku onemocnění a možné důsledky, prevence i léčba poruch příjmu potravy. Praktickou část tvoří 3 kazuistiky dívek s podrobnou osobní a rodinnou anamnézou, průběhem nemoci, současnou situací a prognózou vývoje a také s vyhodnocením pravděpodobných příčin vzniku PPP. Nedílnou součástí praktické části je vyhodnocení a výsledky průzkumu, kterého se účastnilo celkem 60 adolescentů v průměrném věku 16 let. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí dotazníku stravovacích poruch EDI se zaměřením na ověření vytyčených hypotéz.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis entitled Eating disorders in adolescents is related to the issue of eating disorders. It deals with the current situation of eating disorders in the Czech Republic and the definition of eating disorders in adolescence. The paper will discuss mainly anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa, but also other non-specific eating disorders and newly-emerging eating disorders such as orthorexia, bigorexia and drunkorexia. This thesis is devoted to the history, progress, and symptoms of these diseases. There will also be a discussion on both the external and internal causes of the diseases and its possible consequences, prevention, and treatment. The practical part consists of the case studies of 3 girls, with a detailed personal and family history, disease progression, their current situation and prediction of progress, and also an evaluation of the likely causes of their eating disorders. An integral section of the practical part is the results of the survey and its evaluation filled out by a total of 60 adolescents with an average age of 16 years. The research was carried out by a questionnaire on eating disorders (EDI) and focused on the verification of the hypotheses.en
