dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce řeší problematiku Průmyslu 4.0 v podnikové praxi. Popisuje čtvrtou průmyslovou revoluci, charakterizuje Průmysl 4.0 a uvádí jeho základní principy. Pozornost je dále věnována Průmyslu 4.0 v kontextu organizace, jeho implementaci a hodnocení vyspělosti podniku. Práce k řešení těchto témat přistupuje převážně z pohledu technologií, které jsou v jejím hlavním zájmu. Teoretickou část uzavírají technologické směry či trendy vývoje a zásadní technologie. V praktické části se řeší analýza současného stavu ve vybraném podniku, vyhodnocení jeho zralosti v kontextu Průmyslu 4.0 a popisují se současné projekty digitalizace. V závěru se uvádí konečné zhodnocení současného stavu v podniku a prezentují se návrhy doporučení pro zlepšení stavu a zavedení nových inovačních projektů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Master's thesis deals with the issue of Industry 4.0 in business practice. It describes the fourth industrial revolution, characterizes Industry 4.0 and presents its basic principles. Attention is further paid to Industry 4.0 in the context of the organization, its implementation and the assessment of the maturity of the organization. The approach of this thesis to addressing these topics is mainly from the perspective of technologies. Technologies are in the main interest. The theoretical part concludes with technological directions or new trends and with the essential technologies. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current state in the selected organization, the evaluation of its maturity in the context of Industry 4.0 and describes the digitalization projects. It concludes with a final assessment of the current state of the organization and presents recommendations for improvement and introduction of new innovation projects.en
