dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je porovnat vybrané aspekty podnikatelského prostředí a podmínky podnikání OSVČ v České republice a v Německu, a to na příkladu hostinské činnosti. Úvodní část práce se zabývá komparací podnikatelského prostředí České republiky a Spolkové republiky Německo pomocí PEST analýzy. Autorka dále porovnává právní předpisy, které se týkají povinností OSVČ při zahájení podnikání. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na odlišnosti českého a německého práva v oblasti podnikání a pracovně-právních předpisů, které se týkají zaměstnávání pracovníků. Závěr práce je zaměřený na porovnání konkrétních podmínek podnikání v Železné Rudě a v Bayerisch Eisenstein na příkladu provozování hostinské činnosti. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení zjištěných poznatků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main goal of this paper is to compare selected aspects of the business environment as well as business conditions both in the Czech Republic and Germany. The comparing will be observed in catering. The first part deals with the comparison of the business environment in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany through PEST analysis. The author also compares the legal regulations concerning self-employment obligations when starting a business. The main part of the paper focuses on the differences between Czech and German law and business and labour regulations that relate to the employment of workers. The conclusion is focused on comparison of specific business conditions in Zelezna Ruda and Bayerisch Eisenstein on the example of the operation of catering. The outcome of this work is the evaluatation of obtained results.en
