dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou automatizovaného měření voltampérových charakteristik tranzistorů. V teoretické části jsou popsány parametry a vlastnostmi tranzistorů a popisuje vývojové prostředí LabVIEW. Pro účely měření byla použita multifunkční měřicí karta NI USB-6008/6009 od společnosti National Instruments. Softwarová část byla zpracována ve vývojovém prostředí LabVIEW. Výsledky práce již byly využity pro automatizaci laboratorní úlohy v předmětu Speciální součástky pro elektroniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis undergraduate thesis deals with the issues of automatic measurement of transistor voltamp characteristics. The theoretical part focuses on the basic parameters and qualities of transistors and describes the LabVIEW Development interface. The multi-purpose measuring card NI USB-6008/6009 has been utilized for the purposes of measurement. The software part was processed in the Development Interface LabVIEW. The results of the thesis have already been used for the automation during the lab assignment in the subject Special Spare Parts for Electronics.en
