dc.description.abstractPráce se věnuje poškozenému. Poškozený jako pojem je rozepsán v kapitole pojem poškozený, kdy je poukázáno na zákonnou definici pojmu. Současně v této kapitole práce seznamuje čtenáře s rozdílem mezi poškozeným a obětí. Dále potom poškozený jako procesní strana. V rámci této kapitoly jsou zahrnuty důvody přijetí zákona o obětech trestných činů a jsou popsány základní zásady toho zákona. Zákon o obětech trestných činů přinesl i novelu trestního řádu, která prohlubuje účast poškozeného na trestním řízení a rozšiřuje okruh jejich práv. V práci je obsaženo zastupovaní poškozeného, práva poškozených. Dále jsou zahrnuty odklony v trestním řízení a postavení poškozeného v těchto odklonech. Na závěr je pojednáno o adhezním řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the injured party. The injured party as a notion is analysed in the chapter the injured party notion where the definition of the notion according to the law is referred to. Simultaneously, the thesis informs the reader of the difference between the injured party and a victim. Later, the injured party as a party to proceedings. The reasons for adoption of the act on victims of crimes are included and the basic principles of this act are described within this chapter. The act on victims of crimes has also brought an amendment of the criminal procedure code, which deepens the participation of the injured party in the criminal proceedings and widens the range of their rights. In particular, it enables to the injured party to take part in the investigation acts since the commencement of criminal prosecution. The last chapter of the thesis aimed to describe the collateral proceedings. What the purpose of the collateral proceedings is and that the collateral proceedings are understood as an adhesion to the criminal proceedings.en
