| dc.description.abstract | V práci se zabývám oprávněným použitím zbraně. Na úvod popisuji okolnosti vylučující protiprávnost. Dále vymezuji pojem zbraň. Dále uvádím zvláštní právní předpisy, které upravují oprávněné použití zbraně. V neposlední řadě srovnávám nutnou obranu s oprávněným použití zbraně. Nakonec porovnávám naši právní úpravu se slovenskou právní úpravou. | cs |
