dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikaci s problémovými pacienty a jejich psychiku, projevy hysterie a způsoby jejich zvládání. První část je teoretická. Obsahuje vysvětlení pojmu hysterie, dále se zmiňuje o historii tohoto fenoménu, jeho etiologii a projevech. Další součástí je komunikace, nejprve obecná a dále komunikace zaměřená na problémové pacienty. V souvislosti s komunikací jsou v další části zmíněny obranné mechanismy, pomocí nichž člověk zvládá náročné životní situace, a základní temperamenty, které ovlivňují naše chování. Druhá část je praktická. Popisuje několik případů neadaptivního chování, které se dá nazvat hysterickým. Poukazuje také na schopnosti zdravotníků komunikovat s problémovými pacienty.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis focuses on communicating with problem patients and their troubled psyche, as well as symptoms of hysteria and ways of coping. The first part is theoretical. It contains explanation of the term hysteria, secondly it mentions about the history of this phenomenon, its etiology and manifestations. Another part is about general communication and communication focused on problem patients. In other part are discussed about defense mechanisms, by wich a person can control difficult life situations and about basic temperaments, that influence our behavior. The second part is practical. It describes several examples of behavior, wich can be called hysterical. It also points to the ability of medical staff to communicate with problem patients.	en
