dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou neziskových organizací a jejich finančního řízení. Teoretická část je věnována obecné legislativě a popisu jednotlivých typů nestátních neziskových organizací. Dále je popsáno finanční řízení neziskových organizací a jeho důležité součásti plánování, rozpočet a fundraising. Následuje definování příspěvkových organizací a jejich fungování a financování. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkrétní základní školy, která obsahuje zhodnocení financování školy, analýzu a popis účetního systému, který je ve škole používán, rozbor účetních výkazů a následné vyhodnocení efektivity finančního řízení. V práci byl využit model KAMF pro posouzení efektivity financování subjektu. Závěr práce přináší celkové zhodnocení a doporučení, jak zvýšit příjmy vybrané základní školy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with issues of non-profit organisations and theirs financial management. The theoretical part is dedicated to general legislativ and description of particular types of non-governmental organisations. Further is described a financial management of non-profit organisations and its important parts planning, budget and fundraising. Follows a definition of semi-budgetary organisations and theirs working and funding. The second part of thesis is focused on analysis of specific primary school. The analysis contains an evaluation of funding of this school, an analysis and description of accounting system, which is used in this school, a parsing of financial statements and a follow evaluation of effectiveness of financial management. In the thesis was used the model KAMF for an assessment of effectiveness of funding of subject. The end of the thesis brings a summary and a suggestion, how to increase incomes of a choosed primary school.en
