dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem příležitostí a hrozeb v destinačním managementu cestovního ruchu v Plzeňském a Karlovarském kraji. Cílem práce je navrhnout řešení pro zkvalitnění cestovního ruchu ve vybraných regionech, prostřednictvím podpory nejreálnějších příležitostí a eliminací nejreálnějších hrozeb. Teoretická část popisuje destinační management jako takový, dále se zaměřuje na jeho organizaci, prvky a funkce Je zde vysvětlen význam SWOT analýzy, která je v tomto odvětví významným faktorem. Praktická část práce se již věnuje zjištění potřeb turistů, porovnáním s údaji SWOT analýzy obou krajů. Bylo zde využito dotazníkové šetření, které se porovnávalo s Profily návštěvníka 2018-2019. Výsledky byly srovnány s příležitostmi a hrozbami obou krajů a byly navrženy oblasti na podporu příležitostí a snížení hrozeb v oblasti cestovního ruchu ve zmíněných krajích.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of opportunities and barriers in the destination management of tourism in Plzeňský kraj and Karlovarský kraj. The aim of this thesis is to suggest possible solutions for improving tourism in selected regions by supporting the most realistic opportunities and eliminating the most realistic barriers. The theoretical framework of this work comprises the description of the destination management, furthermore, it focuses on its organisation, attributes, and purposes. A SWOT analysis is also explained there as it is an important factor in this regard. The empirical framework of this thesis is targeting tourist's needs and wishes, that are subsequently compared with data from the SWOT analyses of both regions. For this purpose, a thorough survey was created. The collected data from the survey were then compared with "Profily návštěvníka 2018-2019" (Visitor's profiles 2018-2019). Subsequently, the results were compared with the opportunities and the barriers of both regions thoroughly described in previous theoretical sections. This provided the author the necessary data for making suggestions aimed to extend and support the opportunities and suppress the barriers.	en
