dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vzdělávací potřeby všech zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je odhalit vzdělávací potřeby pracovníků a navrhnout možná doporučení na jejich opatření. Teoretická část této práce byla zpracována na základě odborné literatury a věnuje se problematice podnikového vzdělávání, vzdělávacím potřebám a jejich analýze. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na empirické šetření a uvádí interpretaci získaných informací. Hlavními zdroji informací pro tento výzkum byl rozhovor se zaměstnanci podniku a rozhovor s generálním manažerem zkoumaného podniku. Závěr této práce se zabývá identifikovanými vzdělávacími potřebami a návrhem na jejich opatření. Výstup této práce by měl poskytnout vedení podniku takové informace, které přispějí k celkovému zlepšení vzdělávacího systému v jejich organizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPresented bachelor thesis is focused on educational needs of all employees in a chosen company. The aim of the thesis is to uncover educational needs of employees and to suggest possible solutions for implementation. Theoretical part of the thesis is based on expert literature and is dedicated to a topic of education in a company, educational needs and their analysis. The second part of the thesis deals with empiric research and presents interpretation of found information. The main sources of information for this research were interviews with employees and with general manager of the chosen enterprise. Conclusion of the thesis is aimed at identified educational needs and suggestion of possible arrangements. The result should provide the top management important information which will help to improve educational system in the company.en
