dc.description.abstractPráce pojednává o trestných činech páchaných v silniční dopravě. Věnuje se také kriminalistické metodice vyšetřování dopravních nehod a jejím specifikům. V práci jsou rozebrány primárně trestné činy proti životu a zdraví, dále trestné činy obecně nebezpečné a proti pořádku ve věcech veřejných. Práce obsahuje kapitolu, jak jsou tyto trestné činy trestány. Práce obsahuje také porovnání české právní úpravy těchto trestných činů s úpravou italskou, a vlastní úvahu k trestání trestných činů v dopravě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with crimes committed in road transport. It also deals with the criminalistic methodology of investigation of these accidents and its specifics. The thesis deals primarily with crimes against life and health, as well as crimes of general danger and crimes against public order. The thesis includes a chapter on how these crimes are punished. The thesis also includes a comparison of the Czech legal regulation of these crimes with the Italian regulation, and its own reflection on the punishment of traffic crimes.en
