| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda raci kamenáči o různých délkách preferují určitý typ stanoviště a zda se jejich preference liší v závislosti na toku či sezóně. Odchyt byl prováděn na desetimetrových úsecích 5 toků, kdy bylo pokaždé prohledáváno minimálně 20 úkrytů. Získané údaje byly vyhodnocovány pomocí statistického balíku NCSS. Výzkum probíhal na 5 lokalitách na jižním Plzeňsku a Rokycansku v červenci, srpnu a říjnu roku 2013. U odchycených raků byla změřena jejich délka a parametry (průměr kamene, hloubka) jejich úkrytu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The purpose was to determine if stone crayfishes with diference lenght prefers some specific type of habitat and if their preferences are dependent on the stream or on the season. Stone crayfishes were caught manually within 10 m of the lenght of a stream. There were searched at least 20 potential shelters. All obtained data were then evaluated using the statistical package NCSS. The research was conducted at five locations on the south of Pilsen and Rokycansko in July, August and October 2013. At the caught stone crayfishes were measured a length and parameters (diameter of stone, depth) of their hiding place. | en |
