Abstract
Česká filharmonie přivítala v prvních únorových dnech světovou dirigentskou osobnost, Sira Johna Eliota Gardinera. Pod jeho taktovkou provedla výlučně český program z děl Leopolda Koželuha, Josefa Suka a Antonína Dvořáka. Mimořádný večer v pražském Rudolfinu ozdobil též výkon sólisty Jana Mráčka (housle). Zcela zaplněné auditorium dlouho aplaudovalo vynikající interpretaci všech skladeb.
In the first days of February, the Czech Philharmonic welcomed the world's leading conductor, Sir John Eliot Gardiner. Under his baton, the orchestra performed an exclusively Czech programme of works by Leopold Koželuh, Josef Suk and Antonín Dvořák. The extraordinary evening at the Rudolfinum in Prague was also graced by the performance of soloist Jan Mráček (violin). The completely full audience applauded the excellent interpretation of all the pieces for a long time.
