dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zaměstnanecké benefity v dané společnosti. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současnou nabídku benefitů ve vybraném podniku a realizovat šetření, které se bude zaměřovat na preference benefitů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V literární rešerši se objevuje charakteristika vybraných benefitů, členění zaměstnaneckých benefitů, výhody a nevýhody, trendy v poskytování benefitech a poslední část je zaměřena na cafeteria systém a jeho výhody a nevýhody. V praktické části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření ve firmě EUROVIA Kamenolomy, a. s. Z výsledků dotazníků byly navrženy opatření. Po vyhodnocení dotazníků byl proveden test nezávislosti v kontingenční tabulce. Byly zkoumány a následně vyhodnoceny dvě závislosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on employee benefits in a given company. The aim of this work is to analyze the current offer of benefits in the selected company and to carry out an investigation that will focus on the preferences of benefits. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the literature search there are characteristics of selected benefits, classification of employee benefits, advantages and disadvantages, trends in providing benefits and the last part is focused on cafeteria system and advantages and disadvantages of this system. In the practical part a questionnaire survey was carried out in the company EUROVIA Kamenolomy, a.s. From the results of the questionnaires were proposed measures. After evaluating the questionnaires, an independent test was performed in the pivot table. Two dependencies were examined and subsequently evaluated.en
