| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na gymnastiku hrou na prvním stupni základní školy. Cílem bylo zjistit, v jaké míře se užívá gymnastika v hodinách tělesné výchovy prvního stupně. Dalším cílem bylo vytvoření sborníku několika cviků, které ukazují, že lze gymnastiku vyučovat zábavnou formou hry. Chtěla jsem tím motivovat učitele, aby se přestali bát gymnastiku do hodin zařazovat a inspirovat je k vymýšlení zajímavějších jednotek tělesné výchovy. V teoretické části se nachází popis gymnastiky a jejích druhů, hry a jejího zařazení do gymnastiky, vývojového období mladšího školního věku a senzitivního období. Zaměřila jsem se na motoricko-funkční přípravu dětí a rozvoj potřebných schopností. Dále na bezpečnost při tělesné výchově, dopomoc i záchranu, které jsou nezbytně nutné i u některých gymnastických cvičení hrou. Potřebné informace k tvorbě praktické části jsem získala pomocí dotazníku vytvořeného v programu Survio. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This Master Thesis is focused on gymnastic game in primary education. The thesis aims to determine to what extent is gymnastics used as a part of physical education in primary school. Moreover, the thesis also aims to create a collection exercises as a proof, that gymnastics can be taught by game method, and therefore it seeks to motivate and inspire teachers not only to include gymnastics in in physical education classes more extensively, but also to engage them in creating more interesting physical education lessons. The theoretical part of the thesis describes gymnastics and its different types, definition of a game and how it can be incorporated into gymnastics, as well as developmental stage of early school age children and sensitive phase. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on a preparation of children in terms of their motor skill and functional abilities and further development of necessary competencies. In addition, this thesis also deals with the topic of security during physical education lessons and potential first aid measures and other security concerns related to physical education lessons and to certain gymnastic games. The data necessary for the creation of the practical part of the thesis, were gathered by using questionnaires created in Survio software. | en |
