| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat činnost organizací, které podporují sociální integraci cizinců v Plzni. V teoretické části jsme se nejdříve zabývali samotným pojmem sociální služby, rozčlenili jsme jej na jednotlivé druhy, zmínili jsme zřizovatele těchto služeb a vymezili jsme specifika práce s cílovou skupinou cizinců. Záměrem druhé části teorie bylo objasnění pojmu sociální integrace cizinců. Zde jsme se pokusili vymezit její dimenze a charakterizovat aspekty, se kterými se cizinci v nové zemi potýkají. Poslední část teorie zahrnovala základní charakteristiku jednotlivých organizací, které jsou součástí výzkumného vzorku. V praktické části jsme se zaměřili na cílovou skupinu, financování organizací, poskytované služby a porovnali jsme organizace z hlediska jejich personálu. Dále jsme zkoumali vnitřní a vnější klima organizace a hledali jsme možnosti zkvalitnění péče o klienty. Poznatky získané z výzkumu jsme zaznamenali do závěrečného shrnutí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this work was to analyze the activities of organizations that promote the social integration of foreigners in Pilsen. In the theoretical part, we will first deal with the very notion of social services, we dismembered him on the species, we mentioned the founder of these services and we have defined the specifics of working with the target group of foreigners. The aim of the second part of the theory was to elucidate the concept of social integration of foreigners. Here we have tried to define its dimension and characterize aspects, which are strangers in a new country face. The last part of the theory includes basic characteristics of the different organizations that are part of the research sample. In the practical part, we focused on the target group, funding organizations, services provided, and compared the organization in terms of their personnel. In addition, we examined the internal and external organization climate and we were looking for opportunities to improve the quality of care clients.
