dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřena na řízení o ochraně před nezákonným zásahem správního orgánu. Žaloba proti nezákonnému zásahu je obecně subsidiární vůči ostatním typům řízení. To samozřejmě neznamená, že by takový typ řízení byl méně významný. Žaloba proti nezákonnému zásahu poskytuje žalobci jedinečnou příležitost, kdy se může bránit před různorodými úkony orgánů veřejné správy. Práce je také věnována samotnému řízení před správními soudy. Zabývá se obecnými pravidly řízení, následně samotným řízením o ochraně před nezákonným zásahem a jeho procesními atributy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on proceedings for protection against unlawful interference by an administrative authority. An action against unlawful interference is generally subsidiary to other types of proceedings. This does not mean, of course, that this type of proceeding is less important. An action against unlawful interference provides the applicant with a unique opportunity to defend himself against a variety of actions by public authorities. The paper is also devoted to the proceedings before the administrative courts themselves. It deals with the general rules of procedure, followed by the procedure for protection against unlawful interference itself and its procedural attributes.en
