dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vedení lidí ve společnosti KVERNELAND GROUP CZECH, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje tři kapitoly, první je věnována samotným manažerům, ve druhé kapitole jsou stručně popsány manažerské funkce a třetí kapitola rozebírá samotné vedení lidí. Praktická část je členěna rovněž do tří kapitol. Ve čtvrté kapitole této práce je představena zvolená společnost. Pátá kapitola analyzuje styly vedení ve zvolené společnosti. Šestá, poslední kapitola této práce je věnována navrhovanému doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on leadership in the company KVERNELAND GROUP CZECH, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains three chapters, the first one is devoted to the managers themselves, the second chapter briefly describes the managerial functions and the third chapter analyzes the leadership itself. The practical part is also divided into three chapters. The fourth chapter of this thesis introduces the chosen company. The fifth chapter analyzes leadership styles in the chosen company. The sixth, last chapter of this work is devoted to the proposed recommendation.en
