dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti podniku KOVO Děčín s.r.o. Konkurenceschopnost se zabývá zhodnocením podniku pomocí vnějšího, oborového a vnitřního prostředí. Pro analýzu vnějšího okolí je použita PEST analýza, pro oborové prostředí je využit porterův model pěti sil. V posledním vnitřním prostředí je provedena analýza marketingu, vědecko-technických faktorů a dalších. Ke zhodnocení ekonomické situace podniku jsou využity ukazatelé finanční analýzy. Výstupy analýz jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze, která popisuje silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby podniku. Na konci práce jsou navržený opatření ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the competitiveness of the company KOVO Děčín s.r.o. Competitiveness dealing with evalution of the company through external, branch and internal environment. For analysis of external environment is used to PEST analysis, for branch environment used to porter model of five forces. In the last internal environment, analysis of marketing, scientific-technical factors and others is performed. Financial analysis indicators are used to evaluate the economic situation of the company. The analysis outputs are summarized in the SWOT analysis, which describes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company. At the end of the work there are proposed measures to improve the competitiveness of the company.en
