| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podporou podnikání sportovní organizace AK Škoda Plzeň. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav fungování klubu, zejména v oblasti financování, členské základny, spolupráce s partnery a podpůrných aktivit. Teoretická část se věnuje propojení sportu s oblastmi managementu a financování, se zaměřením na specifika fungování spolků. V praktické části je detailně zpracována struktura příjmů a výdajů organizace a provedeno jejich zhodnocení. Na základě získaných informací jsou navržena opatření, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení finanční udržitelnosti a efektivnímu rozvoji organizace. Mezi hlavní doporučení patří úprava výše členských příspěvků, zefektivnění systému náboru a tréninkových kapacit, využití potenciálu sociálních sítí a intenzivnější spolupráce s partnery. | dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on supporting the business development of the sports organization AK Škoda Plzeň. The main objective is to analyse the current functioning of the club, especially in terms of financing, membership base, partnerships, and supplementary activities. The theoretical part covers the connection between sport, management and financing with a focus on the specifics of sport associations. The practical part provides a detailed analysis of the club's income and expenditure structure, followed by an evaluation. Based on the findings, a set of recommendations is proposed to improve the club's financial sustainability and overall development. Key suggestions include the adjustment of membership fees, optimization of recruitment and training capacities, better use of social media potential and strengthening cooperation with partners. The results of this thesis can serve as a foundation for future strategic planning by the club's management. | en |
