| dc.description.abstract | Liniové stavby jsou důležitou součástí moderní společnosti. Liniové stavby umožňují tok vody, elektřiny, plynu, dopravu, internet, přepravu zboží a osob a bez nich by život, jak ho známe, přestal existovat. Liniové stavby jsou svou povahou a účelem velmi specifické. Tato specifičnost je patrná ještě předtím, než jsou tyto stavby umístěny nebo postaveny. Tuto specifickou povahu liniových staveb je třeba zohlednit v případě, že se jejich vlastník dostane do platební neschopnosti a liniové stavby se stanou předmětem exekučního nebo insolvenčního řízení. Tento článek se zabývá nuancemi jednotlivých řízení a možnými řešeními jejich střetu s ohledem na liniové stavby. | cs |
