dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblasti managementu lidských zdrojů v podniku PULS investiční, s.r.o. Cílem práce byla charakteristika podnikové kultury, analýza personálních činností a současného stavu motivace, na jejichž základě byl navržen motivační program a následně zhodnocena ekonomická efektivita navrhovaných opatření. Práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o uvedené problematice, které jsou východiskem pro část praktickou, která byla prováděna ve vybraném podniku. Praktická část obsahuje krátký popis vybrané společnosti, charakteristiku podnikové kultury, analýzu personálních činností v podniku a motivační program, jehož součástí je dotazníkové šetření, které zjišťuje spokojenost zaměstnanců se současným stavem motivování, návrh na zlepšení stávajícího motivačního programu a zhodnocení ekonomické efektivity navrhovaných opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor?s dissertation is focused on the management of human resources in the company PULS investiční, s.r.o. The aim of this work was to characterize the corporate culture, personnel activities and analysis of the current state of motivation on the basis of an incentive program was designed and subsequently evaluated the economic effectiveness of the proposed measures. The work includes theoretical knowledge about the issues that are the basis for the practical part, which was carried out in the selected company. The practical part contains a brief description of the selected company, characteristics of corporate culture, analysis of HR activities in the company and the incentive program, which includes a questionnaire that determines employee satisfaction with the current state of motivation, a proposal to improve the existing incentive program and evaluation of the economic effectiveness of the proposed measures.en
