dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku. K analýze konkurenceschopnosti byla zvolena společnost ANT studio s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou definovány základní pojmy spojené s tématem této práce. V druhé části bakalářské práce je představen vybraný podnik a za pomocí poznatků z teoretické části je provedena analýza konkurenceschopnosti. K této analýze byly použité nástroje k analýze vnitřního a vnějšího okolí, mezi které patří PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a analýza vnitřních faktorů, v rámci které byla provedena finanční analýza podniku. Výstupy těchto analýz jsou zhodnoceny ve SWOT analýze, z jejíž výsledků jsou formulovány návrhy a opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of the selected company. The company ANT studio s.r.o was chosen to analyze the competitiveness. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part defines the basic concepts associated with the topic of this thesis. The second part of the bachelor thesis introduce the selected company and using knowledge from the theoretical part analyse the competitiveness of the company. There where used analytical tools of the internal and external environment, including PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model and analysis of internal factors, within which the financial analysis of the company was realized. The outputs of these analyzes are summarized in the SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis the suggestions are proposed to increase the competitiveness of the company.en
