| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problémem pravidelné pohybové aktivity žáků základních škol. Cílem práce je zjištění úrovně pohybové aktivity žáků a porovnání získaných dat s jejich výsledky v motorických testech. Žáci se podrobili testování dle standardizované baterie testů motorických schopností DMT. Úroveň pohybové aktivity byla měřena pomocí krokoměrů a týdenním záznamem počtu kroků jednotlivých žáků. Srovnávali jsme výkony dívek a chlapců. Zjištěné hodnoty jsou zaznamenány v podobě tabulek a grafů, výsledky měření byly statisticky zpracovány. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with the problem with regular performing of physical activities at the primary school level. The aim of my thesis is to measure their level of physical activity and to compare the obtained information with the results they achieved in a special motor testing. The pupils were tested according to the standard DMT motor skill tests. The level of physical activity was measured with pedometers and the weekly record of steps. The achievements of girls and boys were compared and the information was entered to the tables and recorded to the graphs. Finally the results were analyzed and processed into statistics. | en |
