dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zabývá tématem interní komunikace ve firmě. Toto téma je neustále aktuální a důležité, protože správně nastavená firemní komunikace má vliv na chod celé firmy. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat stav interní komunikace ve firmě a poté navrhnout opatření klíčových problémů. Teoretická část se zabývá nejprve obecným pojmem komunikace. Dále tato část charakterizuje firemní komunikaci, která probíhá uvnitř firmy, její formy, nástroje, cíle a komunikační bariéry. Praktická část odpovídá na otázku na jaké úrovni se nachází interní komunikace dané firmy. Analýza firemní komunikace byla provedena pomocí rozhovorového šetření a prokázala, že komunikace ve firmě je nastavena na dobré úrovni, avšak byly zjištěny určité problémové oblasti. Na závěr této práce jsou popsány návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení interní komunikace firmy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this work is the Internal Communication in the company. This topic is always up to date and important because well-established corporate communication has an impact on the core business. The main aim of this work is to analyze the state of internal communication in the company and then propose corrective activities of key problems. The theoretical part deals with the general concept of communication, characterizes the corporate communication within the company, its forms, tools, goals and communication barriers. The practical part evaluates the question of internal communication standards in chosen corporation. The interviews with employees were the main source for Internal Communication Analysis. Overall conclusion of analysis is proper environment, a few threats in this topic for improvement, though. By the end, I proposed some recommendations and ideas for improving the Internal Communication within the company.en
