dc.description.abstractV této diplomové práci testujeme účinky ideomotorické intervence zaměřené na nohu a posuzujeme jejich využití jako doplňkové terapie u dětí s vadným držením těla. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit účinnost této intervence. Specifické cíle zahrnují posouzení vlivu ideomotoriky na postavení nohy v rámci klenby nohy a rozložení váhy na chodidlech a postavení pat. Výzkum byl zaměřen na dvě skupiny dětí s vadným držením těla ve věku 7-14 let. Jedna skupina cvičila s doplňkem ideomotorické intervence, zatímco druhá (kontrolní) skupina cvičila bez ní. K posouzení změn v držení nohy u obou skupin jsme provedli vyšetření podoskopem před zahájením a po absolvování výzkumu. Stanovené hypotézy předpokládají zlepšení v parametrech klenby nohy a rozložení váhy na chodidlech a postavení paty u skupiny s ideomotorickou intervencí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this thesis, we test the effects of a foot-focused ideomotor intervention and assess its use as an adjunctive therapy for children with poor posture. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of this intervention. Specific aims include assessing the effect of ideomotor intervention on foot position within the foot arch and weight distribution on the foot and heel position. The research focused on two groups of children with postural impairment aged 7-14 years. One group exercised with the addition of ideomotor intervention, while the other (control) group exercised without it. To assess changes in posture in both groups, we performed a podoscope examination before and after the research. The established hypotheses predicted improvements in the parameters of foot arch and weight distribution on the feet and heel posture in the group with ideomotor intervention.en
