| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomová práce je vyvinout automatickou metodu pro segmentaci jater z CT snímků v rámci dostupných prostředků. Po uvedení problému a nastínění CT a MRI je metoda podrobně popsána. Je udán odkaz na její veřejně přístupnou implementaci v jazyce Python. Výsledky jsou srovnány s komerčními metodami za použití převzaté vyhodnocovací metodiky. Je proveden pokus o srovnání s interaktivní metodou Graph- Cut, avšak kvůli nedostatku dat je učiněn pouze nepodložený a hrubý odhad. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis is to develop an automatic method for segmentation of liver from CT images within limits of avaliable resources. After introduction of the problem and outline of CT and MRI the method is described in detail. A link to its implementation in Python, avaliable to public, is given. Results are compared with commercial methods using an adopted method for evaluation. An attempt is made of comparison of the method with an interactive method Graph-Cut, but beacuse of lack of data only an unfounded and rough estimate is made. | en |
