| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu nejoblíbenějších daňových rájů českých poplatníků. Obsahuje charakteristiku jednotlivých daňových jurisdikcí a popis jejich daňového režimu pro daň z příjmu. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na Nizozemí, Kypr, Lucembursko, USA, Seychelskou republiku a Britské panenské ostrovy. Tato bakalářská práce se bude skládat z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části vymezuje nejdůležitější pojmy, které jsou nezbytné pro správné pochopení práce. Bude se jednat o definice daňového ráje, offshore centra, onshore centra. Dále se zaměřuje na daňovou optimalizaci a uvádí některé konkrétní případy daňové optimalizace pomocí daňových rájů. | cs |

Contains characteristics of the different tax jurisdictions and a description of the tax treatment of income tax. In the theoretical part defines the most important terms that are necessary for the proper understanding of the work. This will be the definition of tax havens, offshore centers, onshore centers.
