Abstract
Program mezinárodního festivalu Pražské jaro pokračoval 19. května 2023 koncertem orchestru Essener Philharmoniker, který řídil dirigent Tomáš Netopil. Sólistou večera byl houslista Frank Peter Zimmermann. Festivalová dramaturgie zde nabídla Koncert pro housle a orchestr h moll Edwarda Elgara a Symfonii č. 5 F dur Antonína Dvořáka. Nabité Rudolfinum přijalo program i jeho provedení s nadšením a dlouho aplaudovalo německému sólistovi i uměleckému tělesu.
The programme of the Prague Spring International Festival continued on 19 May 2023 with a concert by the Essener Philharmoniker, conducted by Tomáš Netopil. The soloist of the evening was violinist Frank Peter Zimmermann. The festival's dramaturgy offered the Concerto for Violin and Orchestra in B minor by Edward Elgar and Symphony No. 5 in F major by Antonín Dvořák. The packed Rudolfinum received the programme and its performance with enthusiasm and applauded the German soloist and the artistic ensemble for a long time.
