dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce v první části krátce pojednává o historickém vývoji sankcionování delikventní mládeže. Hlavním cílem práce je zaměření se na druhy opatření, které lze dle zákona č. 218/2003 Sb., o odpovědnosti mládeže za protiprávní činy a o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže a o změně některých zákonů, uložit mládeži za spáchaná provinění a podání jejich charakteristiky. Následným předmětem zájmu je četnost využití jednotlivých opatření v soudní praxi. Komparace české s německou a polskou právní úpravou, se zaměřením na trestání mládeže v těchto státech, uzavírá celé téma této práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe first part of the diploma thesis deals with the historical survey of sanctioning of deliquent youth. The main aim of the thesis is to focus on and characterize the types of measures, that may be imposed, according to Act no. 218/2003 Coll., on the responsibility of the juvenile for illegal actions and on the judiciary in juvenile matters and on the change of certain acts., on the juvenile for committed offences. In addition to that, the thesis deals with the frequency of the application of the individual measures in judicial practice. Comparison of Czech and German and Polish regulation with the focus on sanctioning of youth in these countries, is the focus of the final part of the thesis.en
