dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na doručování správních písemností. Bakalářská práce obsahuje pojmy, které blízce souvisejí s doručováním písemností. Práce obsahuje pohled do historie, kde jsou zmíněny i některé okamžiky, které proces doručování ovlivnily. V uvedené práci se dále například zabývám principy doručování, jednotlivými orgány doručování, způsoby a možnostmi doručování. V práci také uvádím, kterým osobám a jakým způsobem se zásilky doručují. V samotném konci práce jsem popsal vlastní zkušenost s doručováním z pohledu doručovatele České pošty.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on delivery of administrative letters. The bachelor thesis contains terms that are closely related to the delivery of documents. The thesis contains a view into history where some moments that influenced the delivery process are mentioned. Furthermore, I deal with principles of delivery, individual delivery agencies, methods and possibillities of delivery. In my work is introduced which persons and how the shipments are delivered. I described my own experience with the delivery from the point of view by of the postman of Czech post at the very end of my thesis.en
