dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je "Podnikání a jeho specifika ve stavebnictví" a zabývá se analýzou podnikatelské činnosti stavebního podniku. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit podnikatelskou činnost zvoleného podniku a navrhnout doporučení pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti na stavebním trhu. Kvalifikační práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou na základě odborné literatury charakterizovány základní pojmy týkající se podnikání a metody pro analýzu podnikatelské činnosti, mezi které patří PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil, analýza vnitřního prostředí a na závěr SWOT analýza. Dále je práce zaměřena na seznámení s problematikou stavebního průmyslu, jeho specifiky a trendy. V praktické části jsou metody analýzy podnikatelské činnosti aplikovány na zvolený stavební podnik. Výsledky těchto analýz jsou zhodnoceny ve SWOT analýze a poskytují podklad pro formulaci návrhů opatření, které mají sloužit jako inspirace pro vedoucí pracovníky zvoleného podniku a přispět k posílení konkurenceschopnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is "Business and its Specifics in Building industry ", and it deals with analysis of business activity of building company. The main objective is to evaluate business activities of the selected company and to propose recommendations for strengthening the competitiveness in the construction market. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, based on professional literature are characterized basic concepts regarding business and methods for business activity analysis, which includes PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, analysis of internal environment and finally SWOT analysis. It is also focused on introduction to the problematic of the building industry, its specifics and trends. Methods of business analysis are further applied to selected company in practical part. The results of these analyses are evaluated with SWOT analysis and provide basis for the formulation of measures, which should serve as inspiration for workers of the selected company and contribute to strengthening the competitiveness.en
