| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce se zaměřuje na možnosti zhodnocení volných peněžních prostředků. Text je členěn do tří kapitol. První kapitoly pohlížejí na investice z teoretického hlediska. Zabývají se výkonností, rizikovostí, v neposlední řadě i likviditou finančních investic a měřením těchto faktorů. Z textu plynou možnosti, jak lze finanční prostředky zhodnotit, a jejich charakteristika. Největší zřetel je věnován podílovým fondům, stavebnímu spoření a přímým investicím do majetkových cenných papírů a srovnání jejich výkonností. Tyto investiční alternativy jsou analyzovány v poslední kapitole, která se zabývá praktickou stránkou věci pomocí aplikace teoretických poznatků. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work focuses on possibilities of how to valorize free money. The text is divided into three chapters. The first chapters view the investments from a theoretical perspective. They deal with efficiency, level of risk, also with the liquidity of financial investments and measurement of these factors. The text implies the possibility of how to valorize the financial resources, and their characteristics. The greatest attention is given to mutual funds, building savings and direct investments in equity securities and comparison of their efficiency. These investment alternatives are analyzed in the last chapter, which deals with the practical aspects through the application of theoretical knowledge. | en |
