| dc.description.abstract | Náplní této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení ekonomické situace firmy OZT - OBCHODNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ TOUŽIM, a. s. za pomocí výsledků finanční analýzy a analýzy vnějšího prostředí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Úvodem do praktické části je stručná charakteristika podniku a objasnění jeho podnikatelské činnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá finanční analýzou. Je zde definován její význam a postup jednotlivých metod, které jsou následně aplikovány na vybranou společnost v praktické části. Druhou částí teoretické práce je analýza vnějšího prostředí, která využívá pro posouzení podnikového zdraví známých metod PEST analýzy a Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil. Tyto metody jsou opětovně aplikovány v praxi. Předposlední kapitola informuje veřejnost o souhrnných poznatcích získaných z praktické části. V závěru práce jsou na základě vypracovaných analýz sepsána možná opatření, kterými by firma v budoucnosti zvýšila své postavení na trhu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this bachelor thesis is the economic evaluation of OZT - BUSINESS EQUIPMENT TOUŽIM, a joint-stock company, the results being determined by both financial analysis and the external business environment. This work is divided between theory and practice. An introduction to the practical part is a brief description of the company and an explanation of the business activities. The theoretical part deals with financial analysis. The methods and definitions of this analysis are then applied to the practical analysis of this company. The second part of the theoretical work is the analysis of the external environment, which is used for the assessment of corporate health, using recognised methods of PEST analysis and Porter's five competitive forces analysis. These methods are again applied in practice. The summary in the penultimate chapter informs the public about the summary of the findings derived from the practical part. The conclusion of this work is presented based on the analyses that have been developed to demonstrate potentional measures that could be taken that could improve the company's position in the market in the future. | en |
